Dstv robbing customers

I was called and given a price lock discount on the current packages i have. My account get’s stopped after payment was made on the 4/9/23 via the app which tells u the amount . I was told today when i called in twice I don’t have a price discount and was given a new discount which i had to pay an additional R168 for nothing. Dstv is robbing the old and holding us hostage cause of sports packages
