DSTV RIPS PEOPLE OFF..

I am a customer on pricelock 24 month contract with an amount of R549. For the past two months I have been debited more than my actual payment. On the 02/09/2019 an amount of R789.61 was debited and on the 02/10/2019 an amount of R644.00 was debited. The multichoice contact number doesn't ever pick up the call. I've been calling since last month. I would like to be refunded my money asap and given a valid reason why DStv multichoice rips people off like this by taking out more then they should. I have also heard from family and friends that have the same issue. I cannot wait for my contract to be over to cancel my DStv subscription. Really disappointed with DStv multichoice.
