DStv ripping us off

I wanted to change my payment date from the twentieth to Month end and I asked the consultant how much is it going but instead of telling me how much will the prorata be... he just changed to month end without advising of the amount..Now he tells me that I must pay R202 until month end the pay another R439 on month and there is nothing he can do but I don't remember agreeing to pay R202...So now my account is messed up because he knows too much as he doesn't confirm first with the client.... I need my account taken back to the twentieth.Il continue with that. The reference number is ***7-i199.
