Dstv ripping people off

I've recently bought a dstv on the 06 of march 2024 Its only been less than a month and i already have a problem dstv is ripping people off regarding the activation of the acc it was activated i was never informed of any pro data i was lead on to buy a new dstv get a new subscription and 15days later they switched it off regarding being told i would pay R130 im now told to pay R260 for services i never even used and as time goes it keeps increasing
