DSTV RIPPING ME OFF

Multichoice is busy ripping me off. last month they told me that i had arreas of 800 for the two subscriptions that i have which i par R1300 montlhy, i paid the R1300, hardly a week in to the month of October they suspended my premium package and when i called to enquire they indicated that they were covering the 800 that was in arreas of which i understood and they indicated that i only had enough balance for my compact subscription left, therefore i spent the whole month without my premium package as it was suspended.

today they charged me 1800 of which they were supposed to charge the normal price as they had deducted they outstanding balance last month.

this is daylight roberry. i need clarity.

just because they are the only pay channel available does not mean they have to rip us of like that. Mpho
