Dstv ripping me off
I have compact package and Dstv was deducting R292 from my account. Now i have been disconnected twice in 1 month. Deduction didn't go through in March 2015 but i made a payment of R300 on the13th. April i paid late and i was disconnected and i had to pay the reconnection fee. Amount i paid was R365 on the 20 April. Following day i was disconnected again and i had to pay R175 including reconnection fee. Now i am disconnected again and they say i didn't pay in March. Call centre agent told me she will reconnect my service because my account is up to date and to my suprise again on the same call she is telling me i owe theR292 for march. When i phoned on the 20 or 21 April i was told the payment reflects. I am now sitting with no dstv whereas i have paid the money and all these reconnection fees. Yesterday i spent more than R60 on the phone and when i asked for the manager i was cutoff after holding for more than 10 munites from a cell phone. I have been a customer for morethan 5 years and this is the kind of treatment i get. My id number is *** cellphone number ***
