DSTV ripped me off

I contacted DSTV to upgrade from Family to Compact. They said its R295. Today i paid the R295, i received an SMS i must pay R1381.62 so i asked them why?. They said I'm on Premium now as from today. I never asked to uograde to Premium. Now they downgrade to Family, say i must pay another R110 to get Compact. This is not my fault they upgraded to Premium, i never asked for it. Now i must pay for stuff i never asked for. I like to log a complaint bacause I'm unhappy with this. Why charge me for something i didn't know about. And i never asked for. now i cant have Compact because i must pay R110 extra. Mxm
