DSTV RIPOFF ARTISTS.

Beware of charges that exceed what you pay as a monthly fee from DSTV. Should I in the past wanted to watch something during a specific month I have paid a MONTHLY subscription(no longer than a month) to watch that specific series or programme. At the end of the month I would expect DSTV to discontinue my subscription as I have not paid for the following month, This is where they on the other hand keep the magic rolling and do not cut my feed which I the customer have NOT asked for. A month goes by and I get an incredibly rude woman phoning me to tell me that due to the extra running time that DSTV was left on, no fault of mine by the way I now owe DSTV R169 to be paid with IMMEDIATE EFFECT. Another corporate **** to help the elites who run this company pay themselves millions in bonuses. This is pure theft from the customer and my advice is had the legal Karen who phoned me with a more sympathetic attitude and not made demands I may have paid this amount but one thing is pretty clear. I shall never pay another cent towards DSTV as not unlike SABC we see where this greedy lot are headed.
