Dstv are *******s

In early December 2017 I cancelled my subscription for 2018, throughout 2018 I did not have dstv, no one from dstv contacted me either.. Now in 2019 I recieve a call from dstv lawyers saying I owe them money for services in Jan 2018. That is ridiculous! I do not owe them a cent and now I receive lawyers calling a year later
