DSTV ******* double charge

I've paid my services on the 27th of September 2018 for two decoders and again paid the amount requested to upgrade the other decoder. To my surprise on the 4th of October my services have been suspended. An amount of R247 is required when I ask I was told that's what I owe and it only shows me the R247 is only due on the 30th of October 2018 then why my services are suspended? Multichoice please train your stuff because they are failing to make me understand why. Or please refund me the money paid to you for October. One of your stuff members last helped me and told me that my next payment will be on the 30th of October now what I see is *******, you taking what belongs to someone unauthorized please multichoice bring back the money I paid.
