DSTV rip-off

I downgraded from Premium to Compact Plus giving them a full months notice. They made sure that on the nominated date I had the downgraded programme selection but that I still paid for the Premium programming. They also added various other selections so that the monthly subscription total then came to more than the amount before the downgrade. Their chat service is utterly useless and uninformed and attempting to log in to the website to cancel the unasked for services fails repeatedly. It's a case of no service and possible *****. Their channel choices become less attractive by the day and still no sign of a viable competitor to get this rip-off broadcaster off the air.
