DSTV *******

Dstv is billing me twice every month and every time I call the call center they don't even see it at all and they need proof that they are debiting my account. This is the 2nd month doing that and they don't even want to listen, y should I produce proof for their debits to say its true and worst part we can't speak to finance department. If this continues I will probably cancel all my services with them because they can't be trusted at all. I want my money I have bills to pay.
