Dstv *******....

My dstv account was paid for as an annual payment (12 months was paid for in 1 lump sum). I am due to make another lump sum payment by June 2015. However I kindly logged into my bank account today to find that dstv has debited my account for R305. My husband called the call centre to query the debit to be told, sorry we did this in error, but you are going to have to wait 40 days for the refund. What nonsense! Dstv, You debitted MY account, YOU made the error, why am I having to wait 40 days for your blunder? Incompetence in action...hmph !
