DSTV REWARDS VOUCHER INVALID

I won a R75 KFC voucher from DSTV Rewards. The Voucher was sent to my cell number on 24th March. On the same day I went to the store and I was informed that the voucher was invalid I called the DSTV line and was told I need to go into a walk in center to resolve this issue. I was embarrased and felt like I had forged this voucher in front of people and DSTV is not doing anything to rectify this.

Good day, I received a call from one of your consultants last week Wednesday and she communicated that the voucher would be resent. After following up twice this has not been resolved.
