DSTV Rewards Not Received 1-09-2022

Awful Service I want to cancel it Every month I go through the same issue with claiming my rewards My customer Number is ***5 Cell Number *** to contact me on . I claimed my rewards in the morning just after 8am however I did not receive the email with both the Shoprite code and KFC code I chatted on Facebook who advised it will be sent however never received it - I went on Live chat with no Joy a incident Ticket was logged however it takes forever to get a response - my neighbor claimed his rewards and received the email in less than a minute - The Incident number is #INC-*** and Ref ***0I spoke to Naume Hlapa to send me the Voucher VIA email however she sent me OLD Voucher Codes - To be honest these are the small issue that makes customers leave and get Fiber and Streaming Services and leave Dstv- Contact me ***
