DSTV Rewards - not living up to their claim of rewarding their customers

On 3 August 2022 at 5:17am I received an SMS notification with a HAPPY DSTVERSARY! message and a link on it t claim the reward as part of DSTV rewards Programme, however if I clicked on that link it will take me to the where my rewards were and that Dstversary reward was not there and even on the app it was not appearing. On 14 November 2022 I made a call to dstv contact center where they transferred me to dstv support who than assisted me to log my query and issued me with a reference number and that my query would be resolved in 72hours or 17 November 2022. Its been over 3 months since that query and I still have not received the reward that they have promised to give me nor getting any update on what was happening just to keep me in the loop.
