DSTV Rewards issue
For 2 months in a row now, certain DSTV Rewards are not working. I have sent emails and called the call centre but no feedback/resolution as yet.

27 Jun 2022, 10:03still no resolution even though there's been lots of calls and emails. just keep getting generic response that i should copy/paste codes without spaces!! and no explanation as to why my anniversary reward has disappeared even though i waited 6 months for it to be eligible to use!!
