DSTV Rewards is one BIG ****

It's clear the DSTV Rewards program is a complete ****. On 1 December, I won a free upgrade to DSTV Premium for a month - it was supposed to be activated between 15 Dec and 15 Jan, on the date of my normal monthly payment. The email I received also stated that everything would be done automatically - ie, the upgrade and downgrade. To date, I have not received this prize. Spoke to a consultant who said the premium upgrade would be done on 5 February. This didn't happen either. I actually don't want the prize anymore, as I'll be soon cancelling DSTV for good. But this is just a warning to everyone reading this thinking that DSTV Rewards is legit, as I can see MANY other complaints from people who also did not receive their promised prize. What a ****!

As expected, DSTV say they will provide feedback, but nothing has been received. Same story on their social media platforms.

DStv never bothered to get back to me or try and retain me as a customer. No wonder their subscribers are leaving for much better streaming alternatives. DStv is dying a slow death.
