DSTV Rewards is a sham

DSTV Rewards is a sham, for three months in a row, I claimed the grocery voucher and got a confirmation email, but each time I logged into the Rewards website to enter the code received via email to get the official voucher number, there were errors. Yesterday, my Uber voucher just vanished from the Uber app and they confirmed this is a fault on DSTV side. I am so tired of the horrible service from DSTV and cannot wait for my price lock to end, which is very soon, so that I can cancel my DSTV and save over one thousand per month
