dstv rewards is a **** really!

I received a reward for 1 nights stay at the protea hotel which would expire 1 year from date that it was redeemed. I received it on the 02/01/22 and when i wanted to use it the systems states it expires on 28/02/2022. i have sent an email and yet am still waiting for a response.
