DSTV REWARDS is a ****.

I have been redeeming the dstv rewards I have won for the past 3 or 4 month, some of them have been free upgrades to compact plus and premium for a month. When I would redeem these my account would be charged with the upgrade package premium and then a payment line would be processed offset the premium as the upgrade is free, which is ok. The upgrade would happen automatically, I would not manually upgrade my account. Now all of a sudden toward the end July 21 all payment lines are reversed and my account disactivated as I now have to pay R900++. I feel ****med into paying premiums for packages I did not really want.
