dstv rewards programme is a ****.my rewards were downgraded by 21 stars yet my account is up to date, I have showmax, dstv now and my decoder is connected to the Internet. If i automatically get downgraded by 20 stars every month that means I will have 0 stars in 2 months even though I have products that should take me to a higher level.
