DStv rewards are a ****, they tell you have won however upon claiming the rewards I have had endless problems. My service was disconnected twice due to the package been automatically upgraded and now I have a aver due amount l. I wasted 40 min with the call centre and all they said is the rewards do not speak to what they see. All round a joke it's been a day and still no contact or a resolution to my query.
