DSTV REWARDS is a ****. Last month before the spin and win ended. I had won a free upgrade on my next billing date. Was told a consultant would contact me with further details but till today nothing. When I enquire they keep telling me they are waiting for feedback from the rewards team. It's been a week they keep telling me the same story "we are waiting for feedback"
