Dstv Rewards Is A ****
This is the 2nd time i was rewarded an upgrade from dstv rewards and i have never got the upgrade. I've been contacting them since 30 November 2021. They are always escalating the issue to their team but the mfs never contact me back. I don't even want to talk the bs i had with them last year over the same reward. The upgrade never even happened!!. I've won another upgrade on festive reward for upgrade to dstv premium. Will this upgrade even happen? Your customer loyalty and service really suck!!
