Dstv Rewards is a big ****
I redeemed a Protea Hotel 1 night voucher on 5 Dec 21. Voucher is meant to be redeemed in 12 months. I tried to use the voucher to book only to be told that rhe voucher has expired. I contacted DstvCare on Twitter and have been told the voucher the expired on 31 Dec 21. Then a few moments later, told I can still book. What is the truth? Why does Dstv lie about it's rewards?

14 Aug 2022, 11:37Additionally, I have tried to rent movies and I am unable to. I contacted your customer care multiple times and the problem remains unresolved. Dstv Customer Care have not cared to contact me and ensure that the issue is resolved. I am only a premium customer
