Dstv rewards is a ****

DSTV rewards is a **** and the call centre are incapable of assisting. Email never answered regarding rewards. The reply is call Multichoice and a telephone number is given. No one responds .I tried to claim on 10 April which is the anniversary. It was declined and was told it would automatically activate if I claimed 13 May.I tried this with difficulty and eventually it said an email would arrive for activation. It never did. It shows that I have claimed BUT I did not. The kids sweet treat the same problem. Even after multiple email and screenshots No one from Multichoice has responded. If the company is going through changes why must loyal customers be affected. I have a paper trail of email and screenshots as evidence. For the last 3 years the Dstversary has always been the same outcome. You don't automatically get the rewards with a fight.I have a screenshot of the schedule which confirms the rewards was scheduled for 13 May. There have been 2 people who sullp**** excellent service but could do no more as it was beyond their control
