Dstv rewards horror
It has been close to a month now trying to get the finance department to fix my account. A free upgrade from dstv rewards has turned into a horror in my life. My account is overdue even though I make a payment for the month. There is a payment reversal (of the free upgrade won on dstv rewards) which has resulted in my account always being overdue. This is really pathetic.
