Dstv rewards free package upgrade ****

I have won dstv package upgrade for Dec and Jan. They have charged me for those upgrade from Compact plus to premium. Worst of it all. They said they will auto apply it and they will auto downgrade it as soon as the reward is done. Unfortunately they didn't downgrade now I have been charged for premium dis months. So the upgrade ain't free like the say and the auto apply rule is true o ly wen activating not wen diactivating.
