Dstv rewards
Hi I am a dstv contract customer and I used to have legend status on my rewards, but suddenly I have dropped to super star status, reason being cause 20 stars have been taken away because it states I am not on contract but I clearly have one, I have contacted the call center on numerous occasions with regards to this and still no joy, I'm utterly disappointed with your service.
