DSTV Rewards ****
DSTV Rewards is Tantamount to loyally *****! I Logged a query with DSTV Rewards on Twitter and emailed (***) 4 times since 3/04/2023 and nobody cares to resolve or explain why I cannot redeem the available rewards. I have provided all my account details multiple times and nobody bothers to assist. I have been a loyal premium client for over 20 years and the manner in which they deal with queries leaves much to be desired. Very disappointed but not surprised as just another failing South African institution.
