DSTV rewards do not work

I am so dissatisfied with DSTV, this is not the first time and will probably not be the last. They offer all these rewards, BUT when you click on them they never work. Then you have this tedious struggle writing to them to fix the problem. Which never gets sorted out. They say they are escalating the problem, you wait and then go back and ask and have to start all over with your details and explain the problem again. I click on the rewards and get this message…oops something went wrong pleas try again. You can try until you are blue in the face. Why do they offer rewards if their system doesn’t work? Then to top it all, all they ever show on the actual TV, is repeat after repeat… never any new movies or shows. They don’t deserve to be in business.
