Dstv rewards disappointment

On the dstv rewards app I was awarded with an anniversary free upgrade to compact in September which stated that it will take effect in the next billing cycle ie October. Since the 1st I've called and emailed dstv several times and they still haven't activated this free upgrade. Don't understand why they have these awards and unable to action them... very disappointing for a big company.
