DSTV Rewards deception
I claimed one of DSTV's famous "rewards" over a month ago and it did not work when I tried to redeem it. I have posted on HelloPeter and received a reply from DSTV that they would respond "shortly". This was one month ago and I am still waiting! It's not just that their "rewards" program appears to be a complete deception and swindle in order to boost their membership with fallacious claims, but their level of customer service in responding and trying to keep loyal customers as members is absolutely non-existent.
