Dstv rewards

I have been a loyal customer with DSTV for more than 14 years. There reward system suck! I have been trying to redeem my anniversary gift but apparently they are all out of stock... I upgrade my package and the system said pay an extra R108 and the next moment that amount trippled when I went to MyDstv. I am super frustrated because DSTV is always out of stock with all there gifts. I don't complain in general but yes I think to look at alternatives.
