DSTV Rewards Complaint Again - Ugrade to Premium is a ****

DSTV Rewards - Free Annual Ugrade to Premium for a month is a **** DSTV Rewards claimed - not working after payment date, incident report via live chat, INC Number given 03 February 2024. Followed up on Monday, today 05 February 2024 still no feedback. Follow up call centre - told me must pay money in to activate what they call a Free Reward, was told they would escalate, this reward is only valid for a month, waste of time. The reward says nothing about any payment. This is false advertising. This is no reward. Can you investigate with your team, I am sure that are many more people who are paying with their hard earned money for DSTV are going through the same thing.
