DStv rewards competition a ****

Good day

I would like to complain about the DStv rewards competition prize which I won in December 2021 and upon enquiry I was informed it shall be activated on my next payment date(01/01/2022). To date I have had numerous communication with the team requesting for my prize(reward).

I have not recieved it let alone had any formal explaination from that particular department.

I feel this is ******** people by letting them enter a competition then not getting their prize. I am tired of complaining to them and seek advice on steps to follow so I report them to the competitions ombudsman. I have proof of all the communication up to now. Today is a day past my second payment date and my package is still not upgraded as promised.

DStv rewards team is sleeping on the job and misleading people with non existent prizes.

Stay clear of this sham of competition and the company. They are fast to disconnect if amount not fully paid or even fast to sell additional products but very slow to effect something.

I'm not impressed 😤
