Dstv Rewards

I was trying to log into dstv to.claim rewards, since 7.30 this morning. It just kept on loading. I have been trying the whole day, eventually when I finally managed to go into the rewards the essential everyday was out of stock. This was at 7.30pm

My question, is how is impossible, since I.have been trying to log into the rewards section the whole day. To.me it.dont make sense.
