DSTV REWARDS ARE FALSE ADVERTISING THEY DONT WORK!

I have had countless problems redeeming my rewards on their new system and its becoming embarrassing as their staff are completely *********** asking the same questions over and over. No one gets back to you unless you follow up. They don't call you back. They are useless and have no idea what they are doing. They keep sending me incorrect voucher details to redeem. This issue has been going on now for almost 1 month ...with no resolution. Their customer service is atrocious
