DSTV rewards are a ****

I recently won on rewards for the wheel and was granted a 2 month break free from paying my DSTV and was upgraded to compact plus. DSTV overcharged me in July for this course where I had to pay R938 citing it was technical glitch and suppose I was only upgraded and had payment break for 1 month instead of 2, #WIN, such an unprofessional services from them
