Dstv rewards anniversary upgrade failed

I am very disappointed with DSTV.. On the 3rd of April 2022 I claimed my Dstv rewards anniversary upgrade to family package for only one month free.. I was not supposed to pay any amount.. 0n 1st of May they upgrade my dstv access package to family package.. And Dstv started to charge me for rewards anniversary upgrade which was supposed to be free because its a DSTV Rewards benefit.. Yesterday i was angry at dstv for disconnecting my decorder and demanding amount which i am not supposed to pay... Amount still showing on my balance dstv and even a consultant i was talking to just cancel and say i will be refunded bad services.. Other side they say i activated the dercoder im not using i am charge for that.. Very disappointed as a valued customer
