Dstv rewards and billing is a ****
Stay away from dstv rewards and dstv I'm being overbilled for using their rewards and their system can't handle the rewards program. From paying R499 to paying R897, been contacting multichoice for 5 days and 2 consultants a day and Twitter. Escalations after escalations. I'm on pricelock which confuses them more. I don't know what to do any more. Can't pay R400 more every month.
