DSTV Rewards

I won a dstv upgrade on spin the wheel competition and upon claiming my reward my contract that I have was cancelled and have spoken to more than 22 agents and sent numerous emails to *** and still today no one has called or rectified this matter and my service has been disconnected because of one of their employees capturing the wrong information...I have also complained on Facebook and still no help and I have been a customer for over 7 years and never defaulted in payment thanx multichoice
