DSTV Rewards - a Waste of time

I have tried to redeem a rewards voucher from Multichoice. I have followed the instructions given by Multichoice - to redeem a voucher, one needs to input your name,surname,email address and cell phone number - should be easy enough but it is'nt !n - when you have to enter your cell phone number the instruction first states must start with 27 - this does not work - it then says start with 27. - tried this it does not work. Tried +27. this does not work. it still does not work. In my opinion, Multichoice ****voucher f
