Dstv rewards a *******

*******, dstv rewards gave a free one month upgrade, the next month automatically upgraded and charged without me agreeing to upgrade. Call dstv and they reversed the upgrade, but my account debited for the upgrade. Tried calling, but out of call centre hours, tried their whatsapp all it does it give me the outstanding balance. One week later and still don't see the money paid back.
