DSTV Rewards - a mess and an inconveniece to clients. and

DSTV messed up my account after I won on the spinning wheel. Their operaters are not trained, they make empty promises and their accounts department just keep in adding amounts on your account which cant be explained by their operators. This is *****ulant! I called their Cape Town offices 8times with no luck, they are also unable to assist you in Afrikaans. Spoke to 3 DSTV officials on their Liv Chat they promised that the account will be fixed in 24hours, used whats app and tried Facebook messeger. Still no help. My account is still not active yet I paid. I'm cancelling!
