DSTV Rewards a dishonest scheme!
I claimed a reward a week ago and when I went to redeem it, it didn't work. The error I received was "Oops, this promotion could not be claimed". What is even more concerning is I have emailed DSTV Rewards for a solid week and still have not received the courtesy of a response. I am sure though as soon as they see this review they will respond, but when it comes to responding to email requests they have no manners or professionalism.

This is not about the stupid Reward you owe me, keep it! This is about your inability to respond to your customers requests for assistance until the comments are made public for everyone to see!!! Disgusting.
