The Reward scheme they are offering is just a ****. They automatically upgraded me to premium package for my anniversary reward for a month but made me to pay for it.

01 Nov 2022, 13:53Thanks to Hello Peter team for taking up my complaint, MultiChoice has responded by apologizing for the inconvenience they caused me. They promised to refund the money deducted within 7 working days, they also offered me a discount of R100 per month for the the period of 24 months

23 Nov 2022, 18:40Don't you ever trust MultiChoice and Dstv, they overcharged me and promised to refund me. On the 2nd November 2022 they said the money will show on my account in three days but till today nothing. After several attempts to get them to refund me, nothing has happened. They are not to be trusted. They don't care about their customers only profits.
