In April I won a free 1 month subscription, so for May I didn't have to pay. Thursday my service was disconnected when I enquired, I was told that I had reversed a payment in April. I explained the matter and was told the issue would be escalated. It is now Monday and the issue has not been resolved. I have waisted money calling the call center for days and nothing has come of that... I have payed my subscription for this month and have done no service, your rewards program is a ****, manage it properly or do away with it if iyanohlula. I need this resolved and to get the service that I have payed for
