DSTV rewards
Last week on DSTV rewards i won free box office movie. Till today when i claim it keeps on saying oops something happened. I won again package upgrade, when i want to claim it keeps on saying oops something happened. I won on the spinning wheel R100 Checkers voucher. It says i have claimed it but never received any pin to redeem. I have been up since 11pm for the easy sunday. When i try to claim it keeps on saying oops something happened. Is this a robbing game that DSTV is doing to their customers?

01 Apr 2021, 11:18I am still waiting for DSTV to resolve my issue. I was told to follow some steps which I did but it never worked. Am I going to get my R100 checkers voucher, package upgrade for a month and my blockbuster movie. Or I was ****** and should just forget about it?
